At SyncTryx LLC, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Synctryx, our AI-powered dropshipping automation platform. Synctryx connects your e-commerce accounts (eBay, AliExpress, Amazon, Facebook/Instagram Shops, Shopify, TikTok Shop) and automates product discovery, listing, pricing, fulfillment, and marketing. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your email address, password (hashed), display name, legal name, business name, store URL, and profile picture. When you connect third-party platforms (eBay, AliExpress, Amazon, Facebook/Instagram, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Discord), we collect the OAuth tokens and account identifiers necessary to authenticate and sync with those services — these tokens are AES-GCM encrypted at rest. We also automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
We use your information to: create and manage your Synctryx account; connect and synchronize your third-party e-commerce platforms (eBay, AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, Facebook Shops, TikTok Shop); automatically import, list, reprice, and fulfill products across connected platforms; process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe; power AI-driven product analysis, marketing content generation, and video creation; send transactional emails (order alerts, fulfillment updates, broadcast announcements); operate Discord bot features including moderation, ticketing, economy, and giveaways; provide API access via API keys for programmatic integration; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and platform performance; detect, prevent, and address fraud and security concerns; and comply with our legal obligations.
Synctryx integrates with multiple third-party platforms to provide its automation services. When you connect a platform, you authorize Synctryx to access your account data and perform actions on your behalf. The specific data accessed depends on the platform and the OAuth scopes you grant, but may include: product listings, orders, customer shipping information, pricing data, inventory levels, payment status, and message/account details. Each platform has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of eBay, AliExpress, Amazon Seller Central, Facebook/Meta, Shopify, TikTok, and Discord. Synctryx acts as a data processor on your behalf — we use your connected platform personal information solely to provide the automation features you request, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We use Stripe as our payment processor for subscription billing and prepay wallet deposits. When you make a payment, your credit card information is handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe may store tokenized payment method identifiers linked to your account. Your prepay wallet balance is maintained within Synctryx and used to fund automated AliExpress order fulfillment on your behalf.
Synctryx uses AI models to perform product analysis, generate marketing content, create promotional videos, optimize pricing strategies, identify trending products (scalper), and parse shipping addresses. When you use these features, your product data, images, and order information may be processed by AI providers to generate results. We do not use your personal information to train proprietary AI models. When you use AI-powered features, your product data, images, and order information may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic) solely to generate the results you request. These providers process your data as processors on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it to train their own models. AI-generated pricing and product recommendations are suggestions only — you remain responsible for the final pricing and listing decisions on your connected platforms.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers. We do not share personal information with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. Advertising and analytics services may process limited device, cookie, and conversion data solely for measurement and advertising performance reporting as described in Section 10. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as hosting providers, Stripe for payment processing, AI model providers, email delivery services, and analytics services), provided they agree to keep your information confidential. We share personal information with connected third-party platforms (eBay, AliExpress, Amazon, Facebook, Shopify, TikTok, Discord) only as necessary to perform the automation actions you request. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS); secure token-based authentication with OTP verification; AES-GCM encryption for all OAuth tokens and API secrets stored at rest; role-based access controls and row-level security (RLS) to isolate user data; admin-only access to sensitive configuration; and isolated user data storage so one user cannot access another user's records. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Synctryx provides API access to select users via API keys. API keys are encrypted at rest and bound to your account email. If you are granted API access, you are responsible for keeping your API key and secret secure. API access is logged, and we track last-used timestamps for security monitoring. API keys can be revoked at any time by an administrator.
When you connect your Discord account, Synctryx may access your Discord username, guild membership, and messages (as permitted by the scopes you grant). Our Discord bot performs automated moderation, welcome messages, ticket management, economy systems, giveaways, and AI chat features within servers where it is installed. Discord data is used solely to provide these features and is not shared with third parties.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your authentication session, enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand how you use our platform. We may use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) and advertising services (such as Google Ads) that use cookies to track usage and conversions. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect certain features of the site, including the ability to log in.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your personal data and account (which also cancels any active subscription); opt out of marketing communications; disconnect any third-party platform at any time; and withdraw consent for data processing. Account deletion removes your personal data and encrypted tokens from our system. To exercise these rights, use the account deletion feature in Settings or contact us at any time.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Order records, fulfillment history, and transaction logs may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Encrypted OAuth tokens are retained while your platform connections are active and are deleted upon disconnection. We may retain certain information after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including eBay, AliExpress, Amazon, Facebook, Shopify, TikTok, Discord, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit or connect to your Synctryx account.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Synctryx LLC is based in the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Synctryx, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, subject to applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, integrations, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date below. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
